Vicksburg, Mississippi, February 1st, 2008 Group Active™. Finally, a program designed for able-bodied people who are not regular exercisers. Shape Up Sisters is introducing the newest group fitness program – Group Active – which combines strength, cardio and flexibility into one class with great music.

Group Active has been in development for over a year with extensive testing to ensure participants are successful. Group Active allows participants to go at their own pace with lots of options to increase or reduce the challenge.
